Exhibitors & Sponsors:
We welcome medical device companies, laboratories, software/hardware and
publishing organisations to exhibit and display products at the meeting.
Exhibitors:
Exhibition space will be offered to companies wishing to attend the
Symposium. Table space (area approx 2m x 2m) and power supply will be
provided and located within the refreshment and posters area, thus
providing good exposure to delegates. The booking of exhibition space
requires that 1 delegate is registered for the Symposium, which then
allows full participation in the Symposium programme. The above will
also apply to organisations wishing to display literature or books.
Sponsors:
Sponsorship is available for the welcome reception, prizes, poster
sessions and symposium bags. Company logos will be placed in prominent
positions, information will be distributed in delegate packs, listing of
company and link to website will be placed on the symposium website and
also on the proceedings CD. Sponsoring organisations will also appear
prominently on the Symposium programme and CD of the proceedings.
Sponsorship Details:
We are pleased to offer your company or organisation sponsorship of
CMBBE2010. Our e-distribution list is sent out to over 14,000 contacts
in biomechanics and biomedical engineering including research,
commercial and medical technology companies. The meeting will be
attended by between 250/300 over 4 days and we are able to offer the
following sponsorship packages.
1. Placing of fliers in the delegate packs and your company logo and
link on the symposium sponsorship webpage. Cost 300€.
2. Placing of fliers in the delegate packs and your company logo and
link on the website. Cost €1000. This includes one person (from your
company) attending the 4 day meeting including lunches, reception and
banquet (note the delegate fee is 700€).
3. Placing of fliers in the delegate packs and your company logo and
link on the website and space for display/demo area (2m by 1m with power
supply) for the symposium duration. Cost €1300. This includes one person
(from your company) attending the 4 day meeting including lunches,
reception and banquet (note the delegate fee is 700€).
