    Note: The fee in euros is definitive. For delegates in UK the fee can be paid in Pound Sterling at the exchange rate at the time of payment. Details of Sterling bank account is below:

    Accompanying Persons: Fee €140 includes buffet reception at the Westin Hotel  and Resort and the Symposium Banquet  (this does not include lunches, coffee breaks or attendance of the symposium sessions). Children under the age of 12 without charge.
